It provides both retail and wholesale investors access to Harvest’s active management and its disciplined investment management expertise across a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets.

For retail investors, the minimum commitment amount is $10,000. For wholesale investors, the minimum commitment amount is $50,000.
The Fund is targeting a distribution yield of 6-8% per annum and a total return (IRR) of 10-12%* over the medium to long-term (5 years).

The Responsible Entity intends to pay distributions quarterly.
